Automated Property Alert Emails

iRealty can now also automatically send your property alert emails.


If you are not sure what this means, here is a quick summary:

  • Your potential client visits your website and fills out a short form indicating their preferences for price range and suburb
  • This adds the potential client to your database
  • The client then starts receiving automatically generated emails containing properties that match their search criteria

It is very simple, and you may even have some type of automated email alerts being sent already.

Why should you use iRealty alerts for your properties?

No extra charges

If you are currently on an iRealty Unlimited plan, implementing automated property alerts will not cost you a cent.

All of the property alert features are included in all iRealty plans. If you are currently on an iRealty Casual plan, you will still only pay for the emails that are sent.

 

One central email database

By using iRealty property alerts, you will ensure that all of your email subscribers are in one place.  This means less time spent transferring contacts between systems.  As always, you own all contacts on your iRealty list.

 

One Signup form that YOU control

When you set up iRealty property alerts, we will help you to set up a single subscription form that can contain all of the options that you wish to give your subscribers.  You may wish to offer subscriptions to Residential and Rental property alerts, as well as a weekly Open for Inspection list and a monthly Newsletter.  It is completely up to you.

 

Having one central subscription form means less confusion for subscribers, and also makes it easier for you to manage. The layout and colours of your subscription form is completely up to you.

 

This same form can be used by subscribers to update their preferences.  If they decide that they no longer need property listings, they may choose to continue to receive your monthly market updates rather than completely removing themselves from your list.

 

You can even choose to send a welcome email to new subscribers, and you can receive email notifications of subscriptions, updates and unsubscriptions.

You choose everything

You don't have to fit in to price ranges or geographical regions that don't suit your business.  With iRealty property alerts you get to decide:

  • What price ranges to use
  • How to group your suburbs into geographical regions
  • Whether you will allow subscribers to choose bedroom or bathroom criteria

You also get to decide which days of the week the property alerts will be sent.

 

You control the style and content of the alerts

With iRealty property alerts, you choose the template that should be used to deliver the alerts, and you can choose ANY property template available in your iRealty account.

Some of your options include:

  • Personalise the property alerts "from" the agent that found the subscriber, and even include their photograph
  • Personalise a welcome message in the property alert
  • Include news or advertising messages in the property alert
  • Change extra content immediately simply by editing the eMailout in iRealty
  • Include a list of the preferences that the subscriber has selected

You could even turn your property alerts into a revenue generating tool by offering advertising space to local businesses.

 

View reports in one place

Reporting is an essential part of any marketing effort, and by using iRealty property alerts you will ensure that all of your email marketing reports are available in one place.

As with any iRealty campaign, you will be able to see:

  • Who opened the property alerts
  • Who clicked on the links to each property
  • Which properties were the most popular
  • Where your subscribers were clicking from and when they clicked

iRealty reports can be used to determine which buyers to target and which properties each buyer is really interested in.
