At iRealty we offer FREE training to all new clients to ensure they maximise the benefits available to them from iRealty's many exciting features.

To ensure your eMarketing efforts continue on a successful path, our Professional Support Team will be available for continued "free" training and support by Phone, Email and Remote Desktop Viewer, when necessary, or in the event you wish to introduce a new staff member to the iRealty eMarketing Solution.

Effective Email Marketing

Email Marketing is an easy, cost-effective way to keep in regular contact with your market and to source new leads. With the right tools and properly scheduled email campaigns you will see a difference in no time.

Tracking and Reporting from Your Email

An important component of any email marketing campaign is knowing just how successful the campaign has been. Given a large portion of your subscriber list will be sufficiently interested in your email to read its content, an exciting opportunity exists for you to gather vital intelligence from those interested subscribers.

At iRealty we have developed a reporting feature that will help you: 

  • Identify Recipients
  • Identify subscribers who open
  • Count the number of opens for each subscriber
  • Identify subscribers who viewed online
  • Identify subscribers who clicked through and the links they clicked on
  • Count the number of clicks per link for each subscriber
  • Facilitate bounce management
  • View the HTML version and text versions of the eMailouts
  • Who forwarded the email

Detailed Analysis of the campaign including:

  • Activity day of the week and time of day for all opens and clicks
  • Mapping the approximate location of subscribers globally, supported by satellite view and Hybrid mapping, for email opens and click throughs.
  • Identifying the Subscribers’ Internet Service Provider at the time they open the email
  • Except for the Satellite view, all of this information is available to Suna Clients in real time.

Some of the features are:

  • All reports are live, with up to the minute results
  • "Re-market by Results" from any report - create subscriber groupings to target with future campaigns

  • Viral Marketing Report showing:

    • Number of generations
    • Opens and click throughs at each generation
    • Forward rate at each generation
    • Which addresses bounced

  • Subscriber Reports showing:

    • Subscribes
    • Unsubscribes
    • Segmentation of subscribers into groups
    • Ownership of subscribers by sales representatives

  • Survey Reports showing:

    • Number of responses
    • List of people that responded
    • People that responded more than once
    • People that did not respond
    • Graph responses for each question
    • Group responses by one or two of the questions (ie. View all results for questions 1 to 4 grouped by Department, then Management Level).
    • Group two or more questions into combined reports. For example, if questions 1-3 all measure Training Relevance, view a combined report of all of the answers to those three questions.
    • Tabulated reports of all results with up to 2 summary points.
    • Filter any report to show results:
      • between certain dates
      • where the person responded to a particular question in a particular way (ie. show me all surveys where the person answered "Yes" to question 5)
    • Export all results
