iRealty can now also automatically send your property alert emails.   If you are not sure what this means, here is a quick summary:

  • Your potential client visits your website and fills out a short form indicating their preferences for price range and suburb
  • This adds the potential client to your database
  • The client then starts receiving automatically generated emails containing properties that match their search criteria

No extra charges

If you are currently on an iRealty Unlimited plan, implementing automated property alerts will not cost you a cent.

All of the property alert features are included in all iRealty plans.

If you are currently on an iRealty Casual plan, you will still only pay for the emails that are sent.

One central email database

By using iRealty property alerts, you will ensure that all of your email subscribers are in one place.  This means less time spent transferring contacts between systems.  As always, you own all contacts on your iRealty list.

One Signup form that YOU control

When you set up iRealty property alerts, we will help you to set up a single subscription form that can contain all of the options that you wish to give your subscribers.  You may wish to offer subscriptions to Residential and Rental property alerts, as well as a weekly Open for Inspection list and a monthly Newsletter.  It is completely up to you.

Having one central subscription form means less confusion for subscribers, and also makes it easier for you to manage.

The layout and colours of your subscription form is completely up to you.

This same form can be used by subscribers to update their preferences.  If they decide that they no longer need property listings, they may choose to continue to receive your monthly market updates rather than completely removing themselves from your list.

You can even choose to send a welcome email to new subscribers, and you can receive email notifications of subscriptions, updates and unsubscriptions.
